Greetings! My name is Billie Wright and I would love the opportunity to share my knowledge, skills and many talents with an organization that is looking to take their organization to the next level. I consider myself a servant leader who tackles challenges head-on with a people first approach. As someone who has served in multiple management and leadership positions, I know that if you consider the impact to people first when making decisions you can rarely go wrong. It's never about your intent, but your impact. Doing things with people instead of to people is never a bad thing.

I possess over 20 years of human resources and operations experience, accustomed to working with staff on all levels and am one who truly believes that promoting a collaborative, innovative and inclusive work environment will lead to a more engaged workforce.  I am a high performer who likes to get things done! My no compromise value is that everyone deserves to be treated with dignity and respect. The late great basketball coach John Wooden said it best when it came to leadership - "The most powerful leadership tool you have is your own personal example."
